Toronto venue

Our Toronto venue accommodates up to 90 guests in the main dining area, offering a welcoming atmosphere with rustic Ukrainian accents. With a variety of seating arrangements, the space is suited for gatherings of different sizes and occasions.
For a more private setting, our patio offers a separate space away from the main dining room, ideal for intimate gatherings, cocktail receptions, and smaller celebrations. Available year-round, the patio provides a more relaxed setting for hosting your special event.

St. Catharines Venue

Our St. Catharines location offers a spacious venue with a variety of dining spaces to accommodate gatherings of different sizes, with seating for up to 190 guests. The main dining room features a combination of tables and booths, creating a comfortable and welcoming setting for everything from family dinners to larger celebrations.

Conveniently located in downtown St. Catharines, our venue also offers free on-site parking for guests.

PRIVATE ROOMS

Our private rooms are available at no additional room rental or booking fee. A minimum food spend applies, which varies depending on the room selected and the day of your reservation.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
No minimum alcohol purchase is required.
An 18% service charge and 13% HST apply to all applicable charges, with the minimum spend calculated on food only, before service charge and HST.

Tuesday–Friday & Sunday: $800 minimum food spend
Saturday: $900 minimum food spend

Private Rooms A & B Combined
Capacity: 24–36 guests
Tuesday–Friday & Sunday: $1,500 minimum food spend
Saturday: $1,800 minimum food spend.

Front Private Room
Capacity: Up to 30 guests
Tuesday- Sunday Minimum food spend: $3,000

How to Make a Reservation

To reserve your event, please contact us directly. Our team will be in touch to discuss the details, answer any questions, and help make sure everything is arranged for your celebration!

Banquet

Our customizable banquet menu allows you to create a personalized dining experience tailored to your event. Choose from a curated selection of authentic Ukrainian dishes and customizable hot entrées with two banquet packages available at $100 or $115 per person.

Guests are welcome to bring their own cake. A cake-cutting service is available for $1.50 per person, which includes storage, present (with Mnohaya Lita, if desired), cutting, plating, and serving.

Banquet & events policy

By booking an event with Barrel House Korchma, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and policies.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
- A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to secure the reservation.
- Payment can be made by cash, card, or e-transfer to info@barrelhousekorchma.com (Toronto)
or redroot@barrelhousekorchma.com (St. Catharines).
- An 18% service charge is automatically applied to the bill and includes gratuity for our serving staff.
- Additional gratuity is voluntary and non-refundable once the event has concluded.
- Deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the event.
- Rescheduling may be permitted at management’s discretion and is subject to availability.
- The remaining balance is due at the end of the event.

MENU AND FOOD SERVICE
- Menu must be finalized no later than 2 days before the reservation.
- Special dietary requirements or allergies must be communicated in advance.
- Children under 12 years old – 50% of menu price / Children under 2 years old – free.

ALCOHOL AND TABLE SERIVCE
- All alcohol service is monitored by staff, and service may be slowed, modified, or discontinued at any time at the discretion of management or serving staff.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest or table if service limits are exceeded or if responsible consumption cannot be ensured.
- Sharing alcohol with minors is strictly prohibited. Any alcohol in possession of minors will be immediately removed from the table.
- Additional bottles will not be provided if guests show signs of intoxication.
- Guests leaving the premises to consume alcohol or other substances and returning will have alcohol service immediately discontinued or be asked to leave.

LIABILITY AND SAFETY
- Guests are responsible for their behavior and the behavior of all members of their party.
- Guests must treat staff with respect, follow all instructions, and comply with fire and liquor laws.
- Barrel House Korchma is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, furnishings, or equipment.
- Emergency exits must remain clear at all times, and guests must adhere to all posted safety instructions.
- Barrel House Korchma reserves the right to remove any guest who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or illegal manner, including intoxicated individuals.
- Guests may not bring hazardous materials, illegal substances, or weapons into the venue.
- Barrel House Korchma is not liable for injury, accident, or illness occurring during the event unless caused by gross negligence of the venue staff.
